The house is located within the well-kept Smeralda Village residential complex in Porto Rotondo, surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens. A large swimming pool where guests can relax and sunbathe is available to all guests of the residence. The apartment is on the first floor without a lift and access is completely independent thanks to SELF CHECK-IN. The entrance opens onto the LIVING ROOM WITH KITCHENETTE. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home: refrigerator, microwave oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher. The living room features a comfortable double bed, a large built-in wardrobe for storing your personal items and a 50" Smart TV. The room is equipped with air conditioning. From the living room you access the BEDROOM, with another double bed with a memory foam mattress and a large wardrobe. From the bedroom, you then access the large and bright VERANDA, the real highlight of the house, where we have set up a relaxation area with sofas and a table for a lovely al fresco meal. The house is completed by the BATHROOM, equipped with a shower, where you will also have access to a washing machine. Parking is free inside the residence. Is there Wi-Fi.
